عدم شناسایی usbتوسط windows

با سلام
من موقع وصل کردن فلشم به usb این پیغام رو دریافت می کنم
one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned,and windows does not recognize it,for more assistance in solving this problem,click here...
و همون موقع در device managerدر لیست universal seriyal bus controllerیک unknown device اضافه می شه واین در حالی هست که usbها scanner من رو شناسایی می کنند,ممنون می شم که زودتر کمکم کنید .
