Changes in this version

* Fixed proper clearing of textarea when no-cache is set.
* Fixed a crash on print preview.
* Saving of images is not recorded in transfers anymore.
* Fixed window.close() not functioning after invoking context menu… (this also fixes closing Dragonfly…)
