At Last This is the Fix for the bug Error during initialization:
Unhandled exception caught (For Windows XP SP2)

The only way to fix it is to do a regedit (Start-run "regedit"[enter]
and search (Ctrl+F) for every instance of the entry "Device Presence".
Once there, in each one there should have some or all of the following:

(Default)
Emulated
VxD
WDM

Anyways, in most of these in my registry, VxD and WDM were set to 0, and emulated was set to 1. I modified the values so Emulated read 0 and VxD and WDM read as 1. Do this for every entry, by right clicking on the value and editing.

This is what i found for this error.

1- Go to Control Panel
2- The click on "Hardware and Sound"
3- Click on "Sound"
4- Double click on "speakers"
5- go to the Advanced tab
6- Set the default format to "24 Bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)"

پيشنهاد من نصب مجدد يك ويندوز SP3 هست .

با تشکر از دوستان عزیز بابت کمک هاشون.
من این راه هارو امتحان کردم ولی نشد!
البته sp3 رو نصب نکردم چون گند میزنه توی سیستم.تغیرات در بیت ریت رو هم نتونستم انجام بدم چون نتونستم
جایی رو که این فاکتور وجود داره پیدا کنم،گفتم شاید فقط در ویستا این امکان باشه.
دیگه نمیدونم چه کار کنم... :1.:

راستی این رو هم بگم که اول آرم بازی میاد بعد صفحه سیاه میشه و بعد برمیگرده روی دیکتاپ و ارور dont send رو میده،بعد از
کلیک روی dont send اون اروری رو که دوستان نوشتند میده.
