NFS Rivals Lag fix-How to get upto 60 FPS for Need for Speed

NFS Rivals is the latest game released in the Need for speed series. This is a racing game in the open world environment like Need for speed 2012. You can free roam on the roads to find races,Most wanted countdown’s etc. Also, you can repair your car,upgrade it by visiting the Garage.This game is released for Microsoft Windows, PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 19,2013. They have also released PS4 and XBOX one version of this game in the same month. Unlike Most wanted, this game is much similar to NFS Hot pursuit. Player can take role of Racer and even a cop.I love playing like a Cop because I’ll have more powers. However, both of them have their own complexities.
Anyway, today here I will show you two simple tips with which you can run NFS Rivals Without lag on your PC. You may have suffered playing Need For speed rivals with lag and very less FPS.But,after using this method,you can easily get an FPS upto 60. This method will definitely work for all of you but there is a caution.In this method,you have to change some settings and codes of a File in the program files of the game. This may cause more processing and your Processor may get over heated in a less period of time. Anyway, if you have a Bad processor, better upgrade it. Now,have a look at the method below to fix NFS Rivals Lag.

Methods to Fix NFS Rivals Lag:
Method 1:
1) First of all,go to program files and find Need for Speed Rivals Folder.
2)Then,create a Desktop Short-cut for Need for Speed exe file on your Desktop by left-clicking on the Exe file and selecting “Create a Desktop Shortcut” (NFS14.exe)
3)Then go to the Desktop and left click on the Shortcut and select Properties.
4) Now in the Target Field,paste “-GameTime.MaxSimFps 18+ -GameTime.ForceSimRate 18+ ” (Without “‘s). This should work for 32/64 Bit.If this did not work,try for method 2.
Method 2:
This method is similar to that of Method 1.In this method,you have to create shortcut for NFS14_x86.exe .
If these 2 methods did not work in fixing Lag of NFS rivals,follow the third method.
Method 3:
As you know,the game suggests the Minimum resolution to be 1024X760.But,you can bring it down to 640X480 by following this method.
1) In this method,Go to “C:\Users\XYZ\Documents\Ghost Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals/Settings
2)Then,search for GAMESETTINGS file in the folder.After finding it,open it with notepad.
3)After opening,change the content of the file to the text given below.(Just delete the previous text and paste the text given below)
