Fudzilla reports that Intel is planning to release first quad-core processor for the notebook in 90 days. The processor will be branded as QX930 with clock speed of 2.53GHz and a huge 12MB cache. It will have a 45W TDP. The quad-core will fit the latest Centrino 2 platform and P45 or G45 mobile chipset.
