Geforce 9400 has 128-bit memory


Super cheap channel card

After introduction of 9500GT, Nvidia plans to release a Geforce 8400GS replacement. It is not a brainier, the new card will simply be branded as Geforce 9400.

Some pieces of the specs look rather interesting, as this card will come with core clocked to healthy 700MHz while the DDR2 memory will work at 550MHz.

The most interesting part is that the memory uses 128-bit interface, which is a great step forward from 64-bit that you find with 8400GS. The new card will have twice the bandwidth of its predecessor and you can expect some significant performance increase.

A 700MHz clock is also a great achievement for a low-end card, and 55nm makes a real difference. It should launch shortly.

HIS IceQ 4 Cooling Technology – Pushing the HD4850 to its limit!

HIS IceQ 4 is the 4th generation of IceQ cooling technology, which is endorsed by the media worldwide. Thanks to the newly designed double-slot fans and heatsink, IceQ 4 effectively dissipate the heat from the GPU, thus enabling it for high levels of performance. The newly designed heat-pipes layout shows its strength in effectively transfer heat from the core are and reducing the GPU temperature. Larger heatsink surface areas are implemented to maximize heat dissipation. HIS IceQ 4 cool down the GPU temperature dramatically when compare with the reference cooler, allow you to maximize your overclocking potential. Cooling capacity is increased by up to 20% in gaming mode.

Efficient transfer of heat outside of computer case: Cool air is drawn from both sides of the fan and hot air is forced out of the computer case. It ensures effective cooling when there is another card in front blocking the fan inlet such as in CrossFire setup. (Other brands’ cooler leaves the heat generated from GPU inside the case so the temperature inside the case will be increased leading to higher GPU temperature affecting the stability of the graphic card.)

Dual-slot cooling design: Ensure you can conveniently connect the CrossFire cable to run a CrossFire setup. Other brands' cooler which is greater than Dual-slot cannot run CrossFire Setup in some motherboards.

Silent and durable fan: Significantly reduce noise level and extend service life.

ايتنا - اسوس بعنوان یکی از فراهم آورندگان راهکارهای گرافیکی، به تازگی و برای اولین بار اقدام به معرفی کارت گرافیک به همراه یک مرکز کنترل گرافیک مالتی‌مدیا یعنی ASUS ROG XG Station کرده است.


در طراحی این سخت‌افزار به تمامی جزئیات توجه شده است بطوری که این محصول در کنار قابلیت‌های خاص خود توانست جایزه معتبر طراحی صنعتی Reddot در سال 2008 را ازآن خود نماید.
این محصول به همراه سری کارت‌های گرافیک EN8600GT/HTDP/256M ارائه می‌شود و به کارت رابط Express PCI نیز مجهز است.
همچنین این سخت‌افزار به چهار پورت USB و تکنولوژی دالبی نیز مجهز شده است تا قابلیت صوتی و تصویری را تواماً برای کاربران به ارمغان آورد.

طی مراسم اعطای جایزه معتبر Reddot با حضور بیش از 7000 محصول از 60 کشور جهان، برای اولین بار در تاریخ اعطای این جایزه هیئت داوران 137 محصول را واجد شرایط دریافت این جایزه تشخیص دادند که یکی ازآنها محصول ASUS ROG XG و مهم‌ترین شاخصه انتخاب آن نیز به خاطر طراحی منحصربفرد آن درکنار قابلیت‌هایش بود.

این محصول اسوس دارای ویژگی‌هایی می‌باشد که باعث افزایش توانایی‌های صوت و تصویر سیستم‌های کامپیوتری می‌شود.
از آن جمله می‌توان به بکارگیری تکنولوژی دالبی اشاره نمود که شامل هدفون دالبی، بلندگوهای مجازی دالبی، سیستم Dolby Digital Live و همینطور Dolby Pro LogicII می‌باشد.
علاوه بر اینها با بکارگیری این سخت‌افزار به کاربران این امکان را می‌دهد تا برانجام عملیات اورکلاکینگ بصورت لحظه ای نظارت نمایند و با استفاده از یک پیچ تنظیمات مربوط به فرکانس GPU را انجام دهند.

کاربران می‌توانند با استفاده ازاین سخت‌افزار و یک صفحه نمایش بزرگ از نوع LED بکار رفته درآن، به اطلاعات ضروری و تنظیمات لحظه‌ای سیستم کامپیوتری دسترسی داشته باشند.
همچنین محصول XG Station با استفاده از یک کنترل پنل اختصاصی به کاربران این امکان را می‌دهد تا تنظیمات مختلف را از طریق یک واسط گرافیکی انجام دهند و به آسانی می‌توانند تنظیمات را انحصارا در حالت نوت‌بوک و یانمایشگرLCD قرار دهند.

XG Station اولین سخت‌افزار کنترل گرافیک است که با فراهم آوردن یک اسلات استاندارد PCI Express در نوت‌بوک‌ها می‌تواند کارایی گرافیکی VISTA Premium را برای کاربران به ارمغان آورد.
این سخت‌افزار همچنین قابلیت سازگاری با انواع کارت‌های گرافیکی و همینطور ارتقاء گرافیکی برای تکنولوژی‌هایی نظیر HDCP را دارا می‌باشد.

گفتنی است براساس آزمایش‌های انجام گرفته، نوت‌بوک‌های با پردازشگرهای گرافیکی 945GM و965GM با بکارگیری کارت گرافیک سری ASUS EN8600GT با اتصال به این سخت‌افزار توانسته‌اند تا به ترتیب 12 و 6.7 برابر سرعت گرافیکی را افزایش دهند.
