Cebit 08: 1.9V at 10-10-10 latencies
OCZ has shown a new series of memory modules that will feature two kits, one with DDR3 chips and the other will be the DDR2 version. The new series, branded Flex II, will have a DDR3 kit that works at an amazing 2100MHz with 10-10-10 latencies, and all of this at 1.9V.
The new series is actually the successor to OCZ´s famous Flex series now simply branded Flex II. The DDR3 version is the fastest non-overclocked memory on the market, so basically OCZ is saying that it can go even higher, of course with a little help from watercooling. The new Flex II will use four water intake/outtake points, which will make sure that both sides of this memory module get enough cooling.
The 4GB DDR2 kit will feature the same cooling design and it will work at 1150MHz with 5-5-5 latencies. Of course, we are talking about the high-end stuff here so be prepared for a high price tag when these two things hit retailers' shelves.

Cebit 08: Clocked at 2,133MHz
Corsair is showcasing DDR3 memory that works at 2,133MHz. This is the highest overclocked working kit that we've seen at CeBIT. The memory is a 2GB DDR3 kit that should be available as soon as Nvidia decides to launch its 790i chipset, which should happen sometime by the end of this month.
The memory is working at 8-8-8-24 latencies, which is a great result, especially if you consider that it doesn't need more than 1.9V. Corsair is claiming that they can even use 7-7-7 timings, but they need more time to make it more stable. But for now this looks like a great result, and you can also expect 4GB kits at a later stage. Without further ado we give you the CPU-Z screenshot.

خوب حالا كه حرف رمهاي DOMINATOR به ميون اومد و عكسهايي از اين سري از رمهاي رو براتون گذاشتم ! تصميم گرفتم در مورد يك گزينه اختياري كه در بعضي از مدلها ي CORSAIR - DOMINATOR وجود داره هم صحبتي داشته باشم ! اگه در عكسهاي بالا دقت كنيد در پك 2 نوع از رمهاي سري DOMINATOR يك رم كولر وجود داره كه نام اصلي اون AIR FLOW هستش ! راستش من اولين بار كه عكسه كوچيكي از اين رم كولر رو ديدم تنها عاشق قيافش شدم و با ممارست و كلي بدبختي و پول تلفن!! بالاخره تونستم گيرش بيارم ! اما بعد از استفاده از اون واقعا نظرم جلب شد !! چرا كه در حال حاضر از رمهاي DDR3 - BUS 1333 استفاده ميكنم و تونستم براحتي اونارو تا 2000MHZ اور كنم و الان دقيقا از رو برنامه CPUZ دارن در باس 1920 كار ميكنن و نكته جالبش اينجاست كه در اين حالت اونقدر خنك هستند كه انگار پي سي مدتهاست خاموشه و حتي ولرم هم نيستند ! از همين رو به اساتيد اوركلاكر توصيه ميكنم كه از اين رم كولر غافل نشن و در صورت لزوم ميتونم براي خريدش ! ادرس بدم ! در ضمن اين رم كولر با همه رمها مطابقت داره و تنها مختص رمهاي برند CORSAIR نيست ! اينم عكسش !! موفق باشيد !!

ایتنا - این فناوری که Memristor نام گرفته میتواند جایگزین RAM شده و کامپیوتر را قادر سازد مانند مغز انسان با توجه به مفاهیم الگوهای پیشین جمع‌آوری اطلاعات تصمیم‌گیری بنماید.
محققین در HP توانستند یک واحد از مدار حافظه‌ای که برای 37 سال تنها بصورت نظری وجود داشت را با موفقیت ایجاد نمایند.
این حافظه میتواند جایگزین Ram شده و با بکارگیری اطلاعاتی که قبلاً مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند هوشمندی بیشتری را برای کامپیوترها به ارمغان بیاورند.
این فناوری که نام آن Memristor میباشد میتواند با درک الگوهای پیشین که در زمان استفاده از اطلاعات در قبل، حفظ و ضبط گردیده‌اند، مانند مغز انسان رشته‌هایی از رویدادها را درک کرده و بفهمند.
استنلی ویلیامز یکی از کارمندان ارشد HP در این باره می‌گوید: «برای مثال یک مدار Memristor میتواند با استفاده از اطلاعاتی که قبلاً و در طول زمان جمع‌آوری کرده زمان لازم برای پخت هر نوع غذا را برای دستگاه مایکروویو تعیین کند.»
یک مدار Memristor در مقایسه با حافظه‌های رقیب مانند DRAM و فلش از ولتاژ پائین‌تری برخوردار بوده و زمان لازم برای روشن شدن آن بسیار کمتر میباشد.
به گفته ویلیامز این حافظه بخاطر ولتاژ پائین‌تر مصرف انرژی پائین‌تری نیز داشته و همچنین بدلیل استفاده از سلول‌های Denser اطلاعات بیشتری را نسبت به حافظه‌های فلش ذخیره میکند.
Memristor چهارمین عنصر مداری بنیادی است که در کنار سه عنصر دیگر شامل مقاومت، خازن و چوک (بوبین) برای 150 سال است که شناخته شده‌اند.
به گفته ویلیامز ایده ساخت حافظه بر مبنای این مدار 40 سال است که در دستور کار محققین قرار داشته تا اینکه نهایتاً پژوهشگران HP موفق به ساخت نمونه اولیه‌ای گردیدند.

به گفته مدير اين شركت حافظه‌هاي جديد اين شركت در ظرفيت 512 مگابايت ( x16Mx32) با فركانس‌هاي 6/3، 4 و 5/4 گيگاهر‌تز عرضه ميشوند كه اين موضوع نويد ارائه كارت‌هاي گرافيكي با پهناي باند حافظه بسيار بالا را در آينده نه چندان دور به كاربران مي‌دهد.
حافظه‌هاي GDDR5 شركت Qimonda بر اساس بسته‌بندي PG-TFBGA170 توليد ميشوند كه اين نوع استاندارد در مقايسه با بسته‌بندي PG-TFBGA136 به كار رفته در حافظه‌هاي GDDR3 از تعداد پين‌هاي بيشتري برخوردار است. اين موضوع سازندگان كارت‌گرافيكي را مجبور به ارائه محصولات با طراحي پيچيده مي‌كند.
به گفته بسياري از كارشناسان ارائه اين نوع حافظه به منزله شروع يك رقابت جديد براي nvidia و AMD براي ساخت محصولات جديد با قابليت پشتيباني از پهناي باند باور نكردني 300 تا 400 گيگابايت در ثانيه است (حداكثر پهناي باند حافظه GDDR3 با در نظر گرفتن رابط حافظه 512 بيتي حدود 140 گيگابايت در ثانيه است).
بايد نشست و ديد كه چه وقت پاي GDDR5 به كارت‌هاي گرافيكي باز ميشوند. البته طبق خبر‌هاي غير موثق قرار است حافظه‌هاي GDDR5 در برخي از مدلهاي كارت‌هاي گرافيكي سري 4000 شركت ATI استفاده شود!

اینم از رمهای DDR3 از OCZ با نام Reaper HPC که در فرکانس کاری 1333MHz در تایمینگ 18-6-6-6 فعالیت میکنن با ولتاژ کاری 1.75 که شرکت تولید کننده تا ولتاژ 1.8 هم گارانتی را مجاز دونسته اما این سایت تا ولتاژ 2.1 هم اعمال کرده!:wink:

شرکت اینتل حافظه جدیدی را عرضه کرد که در تسریع عملکرد برنامه ها در محیط ویندوز تاثیر زیادی دارد. به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، شرکت اینتل آخرین مدل حافظه پر قدرت یا "توربو" خود را که بر اساس حافظه نوری ساخته شده است، جهت تسریع در اجرای برنامه در محیط ویندوز ارائه کرد.
این شرکت اعلام کرد: کاربران محیط ویندوز می توانند انتخاب کنند که کدام یک از پوشه ها یا اطلاعات برای افزایش سرعت عمل در حافظه توربو فعال شوند. قابلیت کارکرد برنامه هایی با تمرکز بالای اطلاعات مانند بازیها و برنامه های ویرایش دیجیتالی اطلاعات در این حافظه جدید افزایش خواهد یافت.
مسئولان اینتل معتقدند که ویندوز از استفاده کامل تمام فضای حافظه های فلش ناتوان است و حافظه توربو در مرتفع کردن این نیاز می تواند موثر باشد.
بر اساس گزارش Cnet، حافظه توربو با گنجایش 4 گیگا بایت و به قیمت 25 دلار و 8 گیگابایت به قیمت 45 دلار وارد بازار شده است و حافظه 16 گیگابایتی آن نیز تا ماه سپتامبر ارائه خواهد شد.
یکی از مسئولان ویندوز در پی اظهارات اینتل اعلام کرد که در حال حاضر "ویندوز ویستا" دارای گزینه ای به نام "ReadyBoost" است که از تمام گنجایش حافظه های فلش برای بالا بردن سرعت سیستم استفاده می کند. این گزینه بعد از اتصال حافظه به دستگاه در پیام نمایش اتوماتیک (Autoplay) نمایش داده می شود که با انتخاب آن می توان سیستم را برای استفاده کامل از حافظه فعال کرد.

CSX Diablo3-2000-2GB-Kit
Rated at 2000MHz and 8-7-6-19 T1 timings with 2.0-2.1V
The CSX 2GB kit features the tightest rated timings of the whole bunch at a cost of a high voltage though. This kit has been targeted towards the overclockers and gamers that have the other hardware that's need to run memory at these speeds. I actually had trouble finding this kit on sale anywhere, but this kit should retail at around 140 € when you find in on the store shelves eventually.
Crucial Ballistix PC3-16000 CL9 EPP
Rated at 2000MHz and 9-9-9-28 timings with 1.9V
The Crucial Ballistix kit is also rated at 2000MHz, but the timings are considerably looser when compared with the CSX kit, but the voltages are also alot more reasonable. Crucial has a $295/205 € price set for this kit, but you might be able to find it for a lower price if you look around. It also features EPP-profiles for the Nvidia chipsets.
Patriot PVS32G1800LLK
Rated at 1800MHz and 8-8-8-20 timings with 1.9V
This is Patriots Extreme Performance lines one of the better performing kits with nice rated frequencies and fairly tight timings. Unlike the Nvidia designed Viper series, 4GB kits in the "ordinary" Viper series are only available in lower 1600MHz and 1333MHz versions. This kit has a retail price of around $175/122 €, so it seems like its a real bargain.
Corsair TW3X4G1600C9DHXNV
Rated at 1600MHz and 9-9-9-24 timings with 1.8V
This is Corsairs reasonably priced 4GB DHX memory kit that's rated at the slowest rated speed of all of the kits in this review. Lets see if this kit can surprise us. At around 265 € in Europe, this kit is the most expensive one of the whole bunch. As one of the Corsairs Nvidia-series memory kits, it features profiles for the Nvidia-chipsets.
Mushkin Ascent DDR3-1800 996626
Rated at 1800MHz and 8-8-7-20 timings with 1.85-1.95V
This is one of Mushkins new memory kits from the Ascent series. It features the new eVCI heatsinks that should conduct the heat from the chips 10X better than copper, atleast that's what the brochure says. This kit retails at around 170 € in Europe and I found them selling online in the US for around $250.

بزرگترین تولید کننده DRAM در دنیا، Samsung اعلام کرد که موفق شده تکنولوژی ساخت 40nm را در فسمت محصولات حافظه خود توسعه دهد و با موفقیت اولین رمهای DDR2 بر پایه این تکنولوژی را تولید کند.

بنابر گفته های Samsung این تکنولوژی تولید جدید در های تازه ای را به سوی تولید رمهای DDR3 (و حتی DDR4) با مصرف کمتر توان و قمیت مناسبتر خواهد گشود.
مدیر کل قسمت بازاریابی در Samsung Semiconductor، کوین لی ضمن اظهار رضایت از این موفقیت برای شرکتش آنرا یک حرکت بزرگ در بدست گیری سهم عمده ای در بازار تولید رم دانست.
اولین حافظه تولیدی با چیپهای 40nm از سوی Samsung با استفاده از چیپهای DDR2 با قابلیت فعالیت در فرکانس 800MHz خواهند بود با ظرفیت 1GB ضمن اینکه این چیپها موفق به گذراندن برنامه Validation پلتفرم Intel در زمینه چیپستهای همراه سری GM45 شده اند.
انتظار میرود مهاجرت به رمهای با تکنولوژی 40nm با شتاب بیشتر در سیکل زمان تا بازار مصزف تا 50% افزایش یابد در همین راستا طبق اظهارات Samsung قصد توسعه این تکنولوژی در رمهای DDR3 (با ظرفیت 2GB) را دارد و تا پایان سال 2009 میلادی تولید انبوه این سری از رمها را آغاز خواهد کرد.
در کنار این، انتظار میرود به کمک استفاده از تکنولوژی ساخت 40nm میزان 30% در مصرف توان صرفه جویی شود (نسبت به تکنولوژی 50nm) ضمن اینکه در مقایسه با تکنولوژی 50nm ما 60% افزایش در تولید را مشاهده خواهیم کرد (با توجه به بهبود node در تکنولوژِی DRAM). تکنولوژی های تولید نازکتر (با قطر کمتر) به تولید کننده این امکان را میدهد که چیپهای بیشتری را از ویفر سیلیکون یکسان ایجاد کند، که این خود به کاهش قیمت کمک به سزایی میکند. به عنوان مثال همین چند روز قبل Qimonda (تولید کننده جنجالیه DRAM!) اعلام کرد که با استفاده از تکنولوژی 46nm میتواند هزینه های تولید را تا 200% نسبت به تکنولوژِی ساخت 75nm کاهش دهد.
ضمن اینکه Samsung امیدوار است با استفاده از این تکنولوژی گام بسیار موثری را در تولید حافظه های DDR4 با کارایی فوق العاده بالا بردارد.

سامسونگ اعلام کرد که این شرکت اولین سری از ماژول‌های حافظه 16GB خود از نوع DDR3 را روانه بازار ساخت.
ماژول‌های جدید از فناوری 50 نانومتری بهره برده و ولتاژ کاری آنان 1.35v میباشد.
به گفته سامسونگ چگالی این رمها از نمونه‌های 2GB که این شرکت در اواخر سپتامبر سال گذشته معرفی نموده بود بالاتر میباشد.
ماژول‌های جدید 16 گیگابایتی مخصوص استفاده در سرورها طراحی شده‌اند و مشخصات آنان بگونه‌ای است که میتوان بر روی یک مادربرد با دو سوکت رم تا میزان 192GB از این حافظه‌ها را در کنار یکدیگر بکار برد.
سامسونگ می‌گوید در نظر دارد از 18 پیکربندی متفاوت در رده حافظه‌های ویژه سرور خود استفاده کند.
از آنجا که قیمت ماژول‌های رم DDR3 کماکان بالا میباشد، پیش‌بینی میشود در سال‌های آتی و با کاهش قیمت این قطعات شاهد افزایش فروش و بکارگیری این حافظه‌ها که دارای نرخ جابجائی بسیار بالا برای دیتا و مصرف انرژی پائین هستند، باشیم.
سامسونگ با استناد به نتایج تحقیقات انجام شده از سوی موسسه پژوهشی IDC پیش‌بینی می‌نماید که در عرض دو سال آینده حافظه‌های DDR3 هفتاد و پنج درصد از بازار رمهای SDRAM را تصاحب نموده که از این بین یک سوم از این میزان متعلق به ماژول‌های 2 گیگابایتی این حافظه‌ها خواهد بود.

پس از رونمایی شرکت Kingston از حافظه های پرسرعت 256 گیگابایتی خود، این بار نوبت شرکت Corsair یکی دیگر از بزرگان حافظه های اصلی بود تا از حافظه ی پرسرعت 128 گیگابایتی پرده برداری کند.
این حافظه که از خانواده ی حافظه های Voyager GT است بر پایه ی حافظه های MLC Flash ساخته شده و سرعتی اعجاب انگیز برای نوشتن و خواندن دارد. 30 مگابایت در ثانیه برای نوشتن و 28 مگابایت در ثانیه برای خواندن، سرعتی است که توسط Voyager GT ارائه می شود و از این حیث محصولی درخور توجه است.
از دیگر ویژگی های این محصول در کنار 10 سال خدمات، جنس محافظ آن است که Voyager GT را نسبت به ضربه، گرد و خاک و آب مقاوم می سازد تا بتوان در هر شرایط از آن استفاده کرد. شاید تنها نکته منفی درباره این حافظه پرسرعت اندازه بزرگ آن با ابعد 10 در 4 سانتی متر و ضخامت نزدیک به 2 سانتی متر باشد که البته در کنار فواید آن شاید مهم نباشد.
