Firefox 6 Final released – Download Now

Mozilla has wrapped up the development process of Firefox 6 and is already offering downloads of Firefox 5’s successor.

Firefox 6 final offers minor improvements and bug fixes which enhance browsing experience and this version brings a lot of speed improvement, Mozilla claims users can experience about 20% faster browsing compared to earlier version Firefox 5.

The latest version of Firefox has the following changes:

* The address bar now highlights the domain of the website you’re visiting
* Streamlined the look of the site identity block
* Added support for the latest draft version of WebSockets with a prefixed API
* Added support for EventSource / server-sent events
* Added support for window.matchMedia
* Added Scratchpad, an interactive JavaScript prototyping environment
* Added a new Web Developer menu item and moved development-related items into it
* Improved usability of the Web Console
* Improved the discoverability of Firefox Sync
* Reduced browser startup time when using Panorama

چه طوریه که از 3.6 تا 4 1 سال طول کشید ! حالا فرت و فورت داره ورژن می ده بیرون؟ قضیه چیه؟ می شه توضیح بدید؟

من هميشه از filehoppo.com دانلود مي کنم الان رفتم که دانلود کنم مثل اين که فاينال نيست و بتا 5 هستش!

دردی است که کروم بر بدن اینها انداخت. وقتی رقیب ماهی یه ورژن جدید میده (و مثلا تنها تغییری هم که کرده عوض کردن آیکون بوده!) اینها هم یاد می گیرن. این نسخه ها الان باید 4.1 و 4.2 می بودن در اصل.
