سلام , یک مشکلی هست که خیلی عذابم میده و کلافم کرده این مشکل قبلا بود ولی فقط داخل بازی ها ریستارت می شد الان داخل محیط ویندوز و مخصوصا مواقعی که با فتو شاپ کار می کم ریستارت میشه صفحه آبی میاد تمام قطعات رو هم به غیر از مادربود و سی پی یو تست کردم سالم هست سی پی یو که بعید می دونم خراب یا مشکل داشته باشه من فکر می کنم از مادر بورد هست . مشکلی نبود نمی دونم باز چی شد. برای گارانتی هم می برم میگه باید مشکلش قابل معلوم باشه تا ما بفرسیتم گارانتی این یک بار ری استارت می کنه یک با نه ولی تو فتو شاپ 100% ری استارت میکنه.

شاید فن سی چی یو شل شده که گرم میشه و کرش میکنه شاید هم مشکل از رمهاته

ویندوز سون هست ولی تو ایکس هم همین طوری هست هیچ فرقی نداره . فنه اصلی خوده سی پی یو هست فن شل نیست اینقدر محکم هست که از جاش ت------ نمی خوره نمی دونم چیکار کنم لطفا یه راهه حلی بگین.

مدل گرافیک 6600 256 گیگا بایت هست پاور هم زیاد تست کردم همین طوری بوده فرقی نداره.

من خودم چند وقت پیش مشکل بلو اسکرین داشتم. سخت افزار هم هر جور تست کردم به نتیجه نرسیدم تا داخل یک انجمن دیگه بهم یک راهنمایی کردن

فایل زیر دانلود کردم

نصب کردم وقتی اجرا می شه و روی آنالیز کلیک کردم یک سری فایل دانلود می کنه.
از system propertise ویندوز تب advenced قسمت startup and recovery روی setting کلیک کن. بعد در قسمت write debugging information گزینه ی small memory dump رو انتخاب کن.
بعد از این که بلو اسکرین می ده داخل این نر افزار با کدخطا و نوع فایلی که باعث شده نشون داده می شه . بعد داخل ماکروسافت و یا گوگل سرچ کن
من که این جوری به نتیجه رسیدم و یک فایل از ماکروسافت دانلود کردم و نصب کردم و مشکل حل شد

به نظر من ايراد سخت افزاريه(اگر سيستم ويروسي نباشه).
در اولويت اول مشکل از مادربورد يا رم مي تونه باشه.

از رم که نیست رمم عوض کردم فکر کنم از مادر بورده اخه مشکل اینجاست که معلوم نیست من یک بار بردم جایی که خریدم هر کاری کردم ریستارت نکرد موندم چی کار کنم.

عزيز به احتمال خيلي زياد شما يا پاورتون مشکلات ولتاژي يا جرياني مقطعي داره و يا مادربوردتون مشکل داره که بلافاصله نمايان نميشه. اگر مطمئن هستيد از پاور نيست(با يه پاور ديگه امتحان کرديد و يه رم ديگه هم روش گذاشتيد و مشکل حل نشده) وقتي مي بريد مرکز گارانتي بايد بهشون بگيد که Restart کاملا تصادفي و شانسي در زمانهاي نامعلوم رخ مي ده.

سلام نه تاب برنداشته پاور يكي دوتا هم تست نكردم , تست زياد كردم ديگه عقلم به جايي نمي رسه چي كار كنم , اجبارا بردم كه بفرستن گارانتي فقط موقع كه خواست تحويل بگيره گفت از پايه هاي سوكت سي پي يو يكيش يكم كج شده ولي مادربورد سالمه و مياد بالا كار ميكنه ممكنه از اون باشه؟ . من تا به حال داشتم مادر بورد شبيه به اين كه اين طوري شده باشه ولي مشكلي نداشته بود قشنك كار مي كرده . (اين بنده خدا گفت يا درست مي كنن يا عوض ميكنن , اگه بياد باز همون طور باشه چي كار كنم )

سلام , یک مشکلی هست که خیلی عذابم میده و کلافم کرده این مشکل قبلا بود ولی فقط داخل بازی ها ریستارت می شد الان داخل محیط ویندوز و مخصوصا مواقعی که با فتو شاپ کار می کم ریستارت میشه صفحه آبی میاد تمام قطعات رو هم به غیر از مادربود و سی پی یو تست کردم سالم هست سی پی یو که بعید می دونم خراب یا مشکل داشته باشه من فکر می کنم از مادر بورد هست . مشکلی نبود نمی دونم باز چی شد. برای گارانتی هم می برم میگه باید مشکلش قابل معلوم باشه تا ما بفرسیتم گارانتی این یک بار ری استارت می کنه یک با نه ولی تو فتو شاپ 100% ری استارت میکنه.

رم زیاد تست کردم همه همین طورین اسلاید pci فقط یک کارت صدا بود اونم برداشتم ولی فرقی نکرد . من تو سایت ایسوس تو لیستش اسم این رمو دیدم که !! پاور ۴۳۰ گرین.

مشکل به سلامتی حل شد بردم گارانتی 30 تومن گرفت کلا مادر برد رو عوض کردن یک آک دادن به نظرتون ارزش داشت نه ؟ اره دیگه . ممنون به خاطر لطف همه.
