نکته جالب در مورد این خنک کننده اینه که به خاطر طراحی خوبی که داره میتونه به خنک شدن NB و رمها و رگولاتورها هم کمک کنه.
مزایا:

این یک وااتر بلوک فوق العاده هست که از طرف Aquacomputer برای کارتهای GT200 عرضه شده و با طراحی ماهرانه ای که داره میتونه کارتتون را منجمد کنه!:1. (38):
این خنک کننده کاملا از مس خالص یک تیکه (از یک قطعه 2.2 کیلوگرمی) تراشیده شده بوسیله دستگاههای اتوماتیک CNC، دارای وزن حدود 660 گرم هست و 8 میلیمتر قطر داره که میتونه تمام GPU را با بهینه سازی 25% نسبت به مدلهای قبلی بپوشونه و به خنک کردن GPU ، رمها،رگولاتورها بپردازه.

فاصله بین صفحات (ضخامت صفحات 0.5) در این خنک کننده 2mm هست که طبق محاسبات سطح کلشون حدود 4300 سانتیمترمربع اندازه گیری شده.
به نظر من طرز نصبش خیلی عالیه! میتونه برای نصب واتربلوک به آدم ایده بده:

اول پایه ها روی MB توسط 4 پیچ و واشر های لاستیکی نصب میشه:

3- بعدا اگه خواستین یه واتر بلوک دیگه بسازین میتونین به راحتی اونو به وسیله این پایه ها نصب کنین.

Noctua یکی از بهترین و خوش دست ترین کولینگ ها رو می سازه .. منتها چون یک شرکت اتریشی هست و احتمالا نمی تونه به ایران محصول بده متاسفانه محصولاتش توی ایران پیدا نمیشه .. !
درمورد Coolink هم باید این نکته رو بگم که به احتمال خیلی زیاد Noctua و Coolink همکاری مشترک بسیار نزدیکی دارن اما هنوز مطمئن نیستم که هر دو برند تجاری مختص یک شرکت باشن ..:yes:

نکته جالب در مورد این حنک کننده Flexibility اون هست! بطوریکه روی کارتهای 9600GT و 4870 و 4850 و ... قابل نصبه!
دارای دو فن 8cm هست که به خود کارت وصل میشن و میشه توسط نرم افزار خود کارت دور فنهای PWM اونو کنترل کرد. قیمتش حدود 35 دلار هست و در july 2008 در دسترس خواهد بود!:wink:
نکته قابل توجه دیگه اینه که فابلیت سرد کردن رمها و رگولاتور را هم داره:love:

حیفم اومد از این خنک کننده جالب در اینجا صحبتی نشه (Bigwater 770):

این خنک کننده که از TT (ترمالتیک) عرضه شده به نظر من یک مزیت خیلی مهم داره اونم جمع و جور بودنش هست بطوریکه میشه اونو در کیسهای mid-tower هم به راحتی نصب کرد:

این قستش را به راحتی میشه در دو expansion 5.25 نصب کرد.

اینم از اولین خنک کننده CPU که توسط تکنولوژی Liquid- metal خنک میشه با نام LM10 که توسط Danamics عرضه خواهد شد:

در لوله های انتقال حرارت (Heatpipe) این خنک کننده Liquid-metal (مثل جیوه) جریان داره و توسط پمپی که در قسمت بالایی اون قرار داره (قسمت سیاه رنگ بالایی) در لوله هاش جریان پیدا میکنه. اسم این نوع پمپها electromagnetic pump (Only the registered members can see the link) هست که هیچگونه قطعه مکانیکی داخل اون در حرکت نیست (خبری از شافت و موتور و بلبرینگ نیست).
مزایای این سیستم:
1- بخاطر نداشتن قطعات مکانیکی متحرک هیچگونه نویز و لرزشی نداره

یه شرکت آمریکایی با نام Turbo Cooling در مراحل R&D (تحقیق و توسعه) یک سیستم Phase Change هست که با قیمت پایینی که داره میتونه بازار Phase Change را حسابی گرم کنه! (همونطور که میدونین Phase Change به خاطر قیمت تمام شده بالایی که داره برای شرکتهای سازنده سیستمهای خنکسازی PC زیاد جذاب نیست)
نام این وسیله «سیستم خنکسازی تغییر فاز ICE AGE» هست (ICE AGE phase change Cooling system) و پیشبینی میشود با رنج قیمت حدود 200 تا 250 دلار عرضه شود که با توجه به دمای کاری بین 5 تا 30 درجه سانتیگراد زیر صفر که میتواند توسط این سیستم ایجاد شود مناسب است.
از مزایای خوبی که این وسیله جدید دارد میتوان به:
1- عدم نیاز به ایجاد تغییر در Case (همونطور که میدونین در سیستمهای قبلی که در این زمینه توسط یکی دو شرکت عرضه شده بود نیاز به تغییر کیس و ایجاد مکانهایی برای عبور تجهیزات دستگاه بود که در این سیستم دیگر نیاز به اعمال این تغییرات در سیستم نیست.)
2- استفاده ار R134a بعنوان ماده سرمازا (refrigrant) که برای انسان خطر ساز نیست.
3- برای نصب این سیستم شما نیاز به هیچگونه سوراخ کاری ندارید.
4- کیس خاصی برای نصب این وسیله نیاز نیست.
این سیستم ضمن سازگاری با سوکت فعلی LGA775 از اینتل با سوکتهای AM2 / 754 / 939 / 940 نیز سازگاری کامل دارد. (در مورد سوکتهای پلتفرم Nehalem اطلاعی در دست نیست.)

ما ايراني ها خيلي جلو تر از اين خارجي ها هستيم !
دليلش هم اين که من دقيقا با ساخت همين قطعه ، کارت گرافيک رو خنک مي کنم !
البته فقط فرقش اين هست که اين فن روي اسلت ها قرار مي گيري ، براي من روي خود کارت ...
با مقواي جعبه کفش درست کردم و از قبل که دوتا فن 8 سانتي روش بسته بودم بهتر عمل مي کنه ...
الان هم فقط با يک فن 8 سانتي داره کار مي کني در حالي که قبلا با دوتا فن دما 52 درجه بود ، الان روي 48 درجه .

رفته بودم 2 تا فن 12 سانتي براي هاپير زد 600 بخرم که طرف ديد ما دنبال فن با بازده بالا هستيم ، يه مدل فن رو
بهم نشون داد که واقعا مثل يک جاروبرقي مکش هوا داشت . دورش هم خيلي بالا بود . انگار دوتا فن کارت گرافيک
حرفه اي که مثل پروانه کولر هستند رو کنار هم بسته بودند .
اين ها رو گفتم که اگر دوستان کسي مسيرش خورد جمهوري ، زحمت عکس و قيمت رو هم بکشه ...

در این محصول از TEC برای خنک کردن ماژول رم و از Water Block برای خنک کردن قسمت داغ TEC استفاده میشه.

خيلي جالبه که توي هيچ تستي مقايسه زد 600 يا وي 8 کولر مستر با اين ترمال ! نيست ؟:1. (38):
همش مقايسه 212 با ترمال ! فقط کم مونده با نيتروژن مقايسه بشه اين 212 بدبخت ! :11():
بهترين نکته اي که ميشه به ترمال آفرين گفت ، استفاده مس در ساخت اير فن هاست ...
و از نظر طراحي چيز مالي نيست که انقدر بخواهيم بهش بها بديم ! ( شر نکنيد من نظر شخصيم رو گفتم )

Thermaltake has now announced TMG IA1 CPU cooler of tower structure which was ever exhibited in Computex Taipei2008.
TMG IA1 features copper base, four 6mm heatpipes, 51 aluminum fins and a 120mm scurve fan with blue LED. It has adopted 3 pin connector, and the fan speed can be controlled between 1300RPM and 2100RPM. It works with 20dBA noise, and 70.28CFM Max. air flow. TMG IA1 measures 140*97.37*160mm, weighting 648g.
Supporting AMD AM2 and Intel LGA775 CPUs, TMG IA1 hasn’t added support for LGA1366. The pricing of TMG IA1 is unclear yet.

اگر امکان داشت که شما قسمتهایی از مدارات اصلی سیستم (پردازنده اصلی) را موقعی که مثلا در حال نمایش یک فایل تصویری است بردارید متوجه میشدید که گرما از اون به محیط به شکل بسیار محسوسی انتشار پیدا میکند. این گرما یک محصول جانبی از حرکت الکترونها داخل ترانزیستورها هست که میتواند در حد قابل ملاحظه ای کارایی سیستم را کاهش بدهد و یا حتی موجب از بین رفتن کامل پردازنده مرکزی بشود.
بطور مرسوم مهندسین این امر از صفحات مسی (یا آلومینیومی) برای دفع این گرما (یا بوسیله هوا و یا آب و...) استفاده میکنند. اما این روشها معمولا نیاز به تجهیزاتی دارد که مکان زیادی را اشغال میکنند و از طرف دیگر انرژی زیادی مصرف میکنند.
اکنون محققین و پژوهشگران در شرکت Intel ، انستیتو RTI International واقع در کارولینای شمالی و دانشگاه ایالت آریزونا نشان داده اند که میتوان یک خنک کننده میکرونی (MicroRefrigator) ساخت که بتواند قسمت داغ چیپها (پردازنده ها) را هدف قرار داده و با صرفه جویی قابل ملاحظه در فضا و انرژی و به صورت کاملا کارآمد و موثر خنک کنندگی تمام سیستم را به عهده بگیرد. (اساسا در این تحقیقات تئوری استفاده از TEC به صورت توکار در پردازنده های Intel به صورت عملی اجرا شده است.)

خنک کردن چیپ: در تصویر فوق خنک کننده ترموالکتریک (سطح طلایی در مرکز) به مرکز صفحه مسی متصل شده که برای دور کردن گرما از قسمتهای داغ چیپها مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.
تحقیقات آنها همچنین نشان داده است که، برای اولین بار، می توان مواد ترمو الکتریک را در داخل بسته ی چیپ مجتمع کرد و این تکنولوژی را به صورت عملی و بدون هیچ مشابه قبلی به کار برد. یک نسخه از مستندات تحقیقات نیز در سایت Nature Nanotechnology (Only the registered members can see the link) قبلا منتشر شده است.
دکتر راما ونکاتاسوبرامانیان، مدیر ارشد این تحقیقات در RTI International اظهار داشت اساس این روش (خنک کردن چیپها بوسیله خنک کننده ترموالکتریک) کار جدیدی نیست. در سال 2001 مقاله ای در سایت Nature منتشر شده که در آن او و تیمش نشان داده اند که یک لایه نازک(Thin-film) از Superlattice با ساختمان نانو خصوصیات حرارتی بسیار خوبی نسبت به سایر انواع مواد ترمو الکتریک دارد. Superlattice الکتریسیته را بخوبی هدایت میکند اما از عبور حرارت زمانی که به آن یک جریان الکتریکی وارد شود ممانعت میکند و میتواند با این روش دما را در حدود 55 درجه سانتیگراد کاهش دهد.
مدیر Intel، راوی پراشر در این زمینه گفته است: ایده استفاده از مواد ترمو الکتریک با کارایی بالا در خنک سازی قسمتهای داغ در چیپها برای سالهای زیادی مطرح بوده است. او دلیل موفقیت خود و همکارانش را (1-) استفاده از مواد با خصوصیات حرارتی قابل قبول و (2-) اعتماد بر دانش Intel در تولید بسته چیپ برای ساخت سیستم ترموالکتریک توکار دانسته که در آن محاسبات مهندسی لازم برای استفاده از این تکنولوژی در داخل فضای محدود چیپها بکار رفته است.
برای بکار بردن Microrefrigerator داخل بسته چیپ، مهندسین خنک کننده را داخل یک سطح محدود از مس قرار دادند، همانند همان انواعی که در بسته چیپ برای دفع گرما معمولا استفاده میشود.
معمولا این قطعه مس در فاصله نزدیک در تماس با چیپ قرار میگیرد، اما محققین یک سطح 4 میلیمتر مربعی از خنک کننده را بین چیپ و مس قرار داده اند.
وقتی Microrefrigerator روشن شده است فقط سطح پوشانده شده از چیپ را به اندازه 15 درجه سانتیگراد سرد کرده است. دکتر ونکاتاسوبرامانیان ضمن توضیحاتی تذکر داد که این تاثیر بسیار معنا دار است زیرا بطور کلی در ازاء هر 5 درجه افزایش در دمای چیپ ما کاهش بسزایی در طول عمر و کارایی آن خواهیم داشت. محققین برای بار اول (برای مدلهای تحقیقاتی)، فقط از یک Microrefregerator استفاده کرده اند اما پیشبینی شده است به 3 یا 4 عدد از این واحدها برای پوشاندن مناطق داغ چیپ نیاز است.

There is a bunch of useful information provided, but the thing I am most interested in is the assertion that it is "completely silent". A 14cm fan should be able to move plenty of air while spinning slowly enough to be rather quiet, but we'll see if it can be operated in complete silence. The fan has a built in speed controller, and with a speed range of 1000-1600 RPM, I am hopeful to find a good balance of noise and cooling performance.

The cooler-design comes across as an evolution of that of Scythe Kabuto, and consists of a base that doubles up as a heatsink. From here, arise six 6 mm copper heatpipes, that convey heat to six blocks of aluminum fins. It measures 145x149x106 mm, and weighs 715 g (around 1.57 lbs). The 140 mm fan spins at around 1000 rpm, and pushes 51.43 CFM of air, with a noise output of 22.74 dBA. The cooler supports all current sockets from Intel and AMD, including Intel LGA-1366, and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3. Its pricing and availability are yet to be disclosed.

تولید کننده ناشناخته کولینگ متولد شد!
جدیدا یک تولید کننده تجهیزات کولینگ تائسیس گردید که هنوز به طور رسمی نام خود را به ثبت نرسانده است اما در همین بدو ورود،هیولایی شبیه به کولر NH-D14 را وارد میدان ساخت:

همانطور که در تصویر مشاهده می کنید،این کولر پردازنده شباهت های زیادی را از لحاظ دو بخش بزرگ Tower و کارگذاری دو فن بزرگ دارد که فن میدان خارجی Tower، جریان تازه هوا را کشیده و به قسمت میانی هدایت میکند و سپس توسط فن میانی،این جریان هوا به همراه گرمای پخش شده پردازنده،به بخش دوم Tower میکده شده و خارج میگردد که اصطلاحا به آن طراحی push-pull گفته می شود.رنگ آمیزی یکدست پره های آلمینیومی و پروانه ی فن ها نیز در نوع خود جالب توجه است که به غیر از رنگ معمول سفید/نقره ای،در رنگ های سبز دودی،قرمز آلبالویی و پرتقالی ارائه میگردد.البته توجه داشته باشید که رنگ سفید/نقره ای به خاطر پوشش خاص خود،بازدهی بالاتری را در دفع حرارات از خود نشان می دهد.اگر از سیستم هیت پایپ آن بخواهیم صحبت کنیم باید بگوییم که 5 هیت پایپ ضخیم 8 میلی متری،از دو طرف هیت سینک پردازنده خارج شده و به درون شبکه ی پره های Tower منتقل شده اند که متعاقبا بهترین بازدهی را در دفع حرارت خواهند داشت.همچنین شایان ذکر است که تیغه های فن 14 سانتی این کولر به طور ویژه ای برش خورده اند که بالاترین جریان هوا را در کمترین سرعت گردش منتقل کنند که این مورد میتواند سرعت پایین فن ها را در عین حفظ بازدهی کولر به ارمغان آورد و این محصول را برای دوستداران کولر های پرقدرت و سایلنت ممتاز کند.
پی نوشت:در ظاهر که این کولر رو با کولر D14 خودم مقایسه کردم،شباهت های زیادی داشتند که دو مورد تفاوت هم به نظرم رسید ذکر کنم:اول اینکه کولر D14 از تاور های نسبتا کوچکتری برخورداره و اما دوم اینکه کولر D14 از 6 هیت پایپ استفاده کرده...به نظر شما بازدهی کدوم یکی میتونه بیشتر باشه؟

واتر کولینگ،راه حل نهایی اینتل برای پردازنده های Sandy Bridge-E
چندی پیش خبرهایی منتشر شد که بیان داشت برخی پردازنده های سوکت 2011 که به صورت *Retail عرضه می شوند،فاقد کولر های معمول اینتل خواهند بود که در پردازنده های پیش از این و حتی سوکت 1366 شاهد آن بودیم که برای اکثر کاربران حرفه ای بلا استفاده بوده و یک هزینه اضافی به شمار می رفت.البته این کولر های معمول همچنان به صورت جداگانه فروخته خواهد شد.اما بحث خنک سازی پردازنده های High-end در سوکت 2011 که اکثرا آنها از حداقل TDP معادل 130 وات برخوردارند خارج از عهده کولر های معمول بادی و یا حتی تاور های کوچک می باشد.از طرفی برخی تست های صورت گرفته بر روی چیپ های نمونه مهندسی Core i7-3930K و Core i7-3960X نشان می دهد که آنها حتی بدون افزایش ولتاژ و اورکلاک و تنها زیر بار پردازشی کامل می توانند تا 180 وات مصرف داشته باشند.! به هر جهت، بحث راه حل های خنک سازی پیشرفته نه تنها از طرف اینتل،بلکه AMD را نیز مجبور ساخته تا فکری به حال برخی پردازنده های رده بالا سری FX داشته باشد که در نهایت منجر به طراحی اختصاصی کولر های آبی از سوی Corsair گردید.اکنون نیز در بهبوهه برگزاری نمایشگاه IDF ،اینتل از اولین باکس "کولر مایع" خود برای پردازنده های مبتنی بر معماری Sandy Bridge-E رونمایی کرد که همچنان با سوکت های پیشین، نظیر LGA 1366،LGA 1156 و LGA 1155 سازگار می باشد:

این کولینگ مایع که با کد "RTS2011LC" نام گذاری شده است،به سفارش اینتل از کمپانی Asetek طراحی گردیده است.کولر مذکور برای پردازنده هایی مناسب بوده که حداقل از TDP معادل 130 وات بهره می برند و متعاقبا در دفع حرارت تولید شده در توان های بالاتر نیز،از اقتدار لازم برخوردار است. کولر RTS2011LC از یک بلاک مجتمع مسی تشکیل شده است که بر روی سینک پردازنده قرار میگیرد و البته اجزایی همچون پمپ گردش مایع در این بلاک جای گرفته و دو لوله/ تیوب ضخیم و انعطاف پذیر برای رفت و برگشت مایع به آن متصل می باشد که در طرف دیگر به رادیاتور اصلی متصل هستند.رادیاتور نیز که شبیه به طراحی در کولر های سری H70 Corsair با طبقه بندی ریز بوده،دارای یک مخزن نگهداری مایع می باشد و همچنین از یک فن شکیل 120 میلی متری برخوردار است که در نهایت به همراه رادیاتور به بدنه کیس متصل می گردد.همانطور که نمایان است،کولر RTS2011LC به صورت یک حلقه کاملا بسته عمل می کند که موجب عدم نیاز و نگرانی کاربر از هرگونه تنظیمات یا تغییرات اساسی می گردد.از نکات جالب توجه دیگر،لوگوی اینتل می باشد که در زوایای مختلفی به رنگ آبی بر روی بلاک می درخشد.همچنین پیچ هایی با تعداد بالا نیز در زیر بلاک نمی تواند از دید کاربر مخفی باشد.زمان ورود این واتر کولینگ به بازار جهانی به زودی و مصادف با ورودی پردازنده های Sandy-Bridge E خواهد بود و انتظار می رود که از 99 دلار به بالا قیمت گذاری گردد.
*Retail:منظور پردازنده هایی هستند که به همراه جعبه،منوال،خمیر حرراتی برای فروش به کاربر نهایی بسته بندی می گردند.

خنک کننده Arctic برای AMD دوستان
Only the registered members can see the link جدیدترین خنک کننده شرکت Arctic ،که یکی از شرکت های تولید کننده خنک کننده در جهان به حساب می آید، برای سوکت های مبتنی بر پردازنده های AMD بوده و تمامی سوکت های حال حاضر این شرکت از قبیل FM1 و AM3+ را پشتیابنی می کند. از دیگر مشخصات خنک کننده Alpine 64 می توان به هیت سینک خنک کننده آن اشاره کرد که از جنس آلومینیوم بوده و فن قرار گرفته در روی آن نیز قابلیت چرخش از 600 تا 2000 دور در دقیقه را دارد. این محصول از بیست فوریه با قیمتی معادل 14.95 دلار وارد بازار خواهد شد.

خنک کننده قدرتمند Yeston برای کارت گرافیک HD 7970

پس از آغاز عرضه کارت گرافیک HD 7970، تاکنون دو بلاک خنک کننده مایع برای این کارت گرافیک عرضه شده است. شرکت های عرضه کننده کارت گرافیک HD 7970 به غیر از شرکت XFX، از خنک کننده استاندارد استفاده کردند و XFX تنها تولید کننده ای بود که از دو فن برای خنک کننده استفاده کرده است. شرکت Yeston دومین تولید کننده خنک کننده Air برای کارت گرافیک Radeon HD 7970 است که از دو فن 120 میلیمتری همراه با 18 پره برخوردار است. البته طراحی پره های فن مشابه با فن های استفاده شده توسط کولرمستر در کیس های این کمپانی است. زیر این دو فن هیت سینک دو تکه آلومینیومی و 6 عدد لوله انتقال حرارت از جنس مس قرار دارد که در هر دو بخش هیت سینک به اشتراک گذاشته می شود تا خنک کنندگی به بهترین نحو صورت گیرد. اما این امکانات سبب اشغال 4 اسلات PCI روی مادربورد خواهد شد که Yeston را وادار به بازسازی طراحی این خنک کننده خواهد کرد تا تعداد اسلات های اشغال شده به 3 عدد برسد. قیمت و زمان عرضه محصول نهایی تاکنون اعلام نگردیده ، زیرا Yeston در حال حاضر مشغول تغییر در طراحی خنک کننده است.
